How can you help your county?

We are committed to raising referee standards at all levels and by working together we will ensure that the Huntingdonshire County FA continue to be recognised as a County producing talented officials operating across the entire football pyramid.

Assessors are vital members of the Refereeing Family as it is their role to help with development of Referees seeking promotion to a higher classification.

The role involves attending matches and observing a referees performance, offering advice after the game and producing a written report for the County FA.

Assessors are paid for their time and the written report.

Match-day mentoring is a specific role we wish to promote so if you have a friendly, approachable and patient nature and wish to become involved at developing out newly qualified referees then please contact us. Refereeing experience would be helpful but not necessary and guidance will be provided.
