On June 20th 2019, two members of Hunts FA will be leaving the team.

Sophie Mullett who joined the team in January 2018 will move on to pastures new at neighbouring Northamptonshire FA. In the past 17 months Sophie took control of the marketing, promotion and created a brand for Hunts FA, as well as supporting Coach Education, County Cups and Discipline.

The second member to leave Hunts FA is our Referee Development Officer, David Seaman. Dave has been a stable member of Huntingdonshire FA since April 1^st 2011 (no joke), he has introduced, created and development many opportunities for many referees in Huntingdonshire. Whilst Dave is leaving his role as Huntingdonshire RDO, he will still remain as a Referee Course Tutor and Mentor for young referees.

Huntingdonshire FA has appointed Stefan Renwick as the new Marketing and Referee Development Officer. Stefan has been with Hunts FA since October 14^th 2016 as Football Services Officer, and will officially start his new role on July 1^st 2019.

Dean Watson County Secretary said, “It is a great shame that we are losing two valuable members of the team, especially so close to each other. However this has allowed Hunts FA to take a look at what we currently have and change this up a bit”

“Appointing Stefan to the Marketing and Referee Development Officer role is a great step to increasing our contact with referees in Huntingdonshire as we now have a full time officer, who will come with new ideas to support referees as well as taking our marketing and promotions to a new level”

Dean added “Recruitment for a new Football Services Officer will start on Wednesday June 12^th 2019 through our website, social media and stakeholders”.
