On Sunday 24th June, two Hunts teams represented the County on the National stage in this years Futsal finals held in Birmingham.

After cruising through the County rounds, both sides attended the Regional tournament to secure their place in the National tournament. 

St Ivo School's U14 Girls side shone throughout, showing their quality as they won the group stage of the finals to progress to the semi final. They dominated the semi final, with the most control of the ball and most chances, although many were saved by the oppositions outstanding keeper. The team were 2-1 up in the final minutes of the match when the opposition got some lucky chances and managed to score twice within a few moments. An outstanding performance from the squad.

Godmanchester Rovers Youth U14 Boys were also in action in the finals after performing brilliantly in the previous rounds. Like St Ivo, they demonstrated this excellence once again, winning all their games in the group stages on the day. However, after a long, hot day, the boys couldn't get past Fownhope FC in a very evenly contested game resulting in them finishing 4th.

Both teams should be very proud of their success.
