Vacancy – Full Time               Salary – circa £27,000 + Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Huntingdonshire FA as a Senior Football Development Officer who will be responsible for The County FA’s Development and Facilities, the post also deputises for the County Secretary in his absence. We are requesting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals with a desire to deliver excellence to join our Organisation. Key responsibilities will be:

• Lead and manage the Football Development team to deliver the National Game System targets, Whole Sport Plan and Inclusion
• Recruit, retain and develop players, coaches, referees, club and league officials and volunteers
• Use national and local insight to develop and deliver programmes and services to customers
• Develop a culture of performance management and maximise the use of resources
• Support the production of strategies, operational and project plans and monitor and evaluate all programmes and report progress to  County Secretary, Board, The FA and other partners
• To lead on the protection and enhancement of football facilities across the CFA.
• Identify, develop and maintain key partnerships both internal and external to ensure delivery of CFA Business Plan and KPIs
• To ensure all actions within the County adheres to the Safeguarding Operating Standard set by the Board
