Charter Standard Health Checks and Guidance Evenings

The Annual Health Check process is a way to support clubs in maintaining their Charter Standard Status and can be accessed through The Whole Game Syst

The health check supports clubs by:

  • Tracking the validity of their volunteer workforce in relation to welfare and coach education
  • Identifying their workforce and coach education requirements for the current season.

This information is helps to create a picture of the volunteer workforce so that we know how to support each club each season.

Every Charter Standard Club is required to complete and submit their Health Check via Whole Game by March 31st each year. Failing to submit by this deadline will result in the club having its status suspended and if the club haven’t contacted Hunts FA then they will lose their status altogether.

Please avoid leaving it till the deadline as some clubs did this last season and had their award suspended/removed because their First Aider and safeguarding qualifications were out of date.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact Dean Watson, dean.watson@huntsfa.com or 01480 447483.
