Charter Standard Health Checks

The Annual Health Check process is a way to support clubs in maintaining their Charter Standard Status

The Charter Standard Health Window is now open and clubs have until March 31st 2018 to complete and submit. Any club that hasn’t completed their health check by this date will have their Charter Standard Status Suspended, could have the status removed altogether and will not receive FREE Nike Footballs.

Please remember that the health check is for current 2017/18 season and all the data in the document must be for correct for this season, regardless if a manager/coach is leaving.

The health check supports clubs by:

  • Tracking the validity of their volunteer workforce in relation to welfare and coach education
  • Identifying their workforce and coach education requirements for the current season.

This information is helps to create a picture of the volunteer workforce so that we know how to support each club each season.

Please avoid leaving it till the deadline as some clubs did this last season and had their award suspended/removed because their First Aider and safeguarding qualifications were out of date.
