Development - take your skills to the next level

The FA Charter Standard Club In-Service Training Programme

This programme incorporates a range of workshops that have been established to support Charter Standard clubs. We hope the programme will be of interest as it has been established from the positive feedback and suggestions from Charter Standard clubs.

Charter Standard clubs are required to attend one or two workshops per year as part of their Charter Standard Award depending on their club status, we hope clubs will find this programme valuable and we look forward to seeing clubs represented.

We hope on the workshops to invite clubs to talk about their experiences and good practices they are developing.

Please note that booking is essential on all workshops.

The cost for each workshop is £10 per person (A maximum of two members per club) and if you sign up for one of the additional courses below then the second course is free.

2010 Coach Education Programme

We are especially pleased to present the 2010 Coach Education programme on our website. New for 2010 is the online booking and credit/debit card payment facilities.

We are able to provide additional support thanks to the backing of The College of West Anglia who subsidize the costs of level 1,  Coaching Courses. We are grateful to Living Sport, the County Sports Partnership body, for assisting with funding bursaries for courses. As a result we are able to maintain our coach education bursary scheme and provide discounts to every Charter Standard club candidate on all of our coaching courses this year.
